Dr Loke graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, in 1996. He qualified as a Family Physician in 2012 and has been running Mediline Wei Min Clinic Serangoon Gardens, a small Family Medicine Group Practice, since 2004.
He is an Adjunct Clinician Educator with the Division of Family Medicine, Department of Medicine and the Centre for Translational Medicine (Centre for Healthcare Simulations) Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. In 2023 and 2025, he received the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence.
Dr Loke also leads 1doc Academy, whose Health Coach Programme trains individuals to become certified health coaches. These coaches play a vital role in supporting and guiding others on their health and wellness journeys.
Additionally, Dr Loke completed the Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians, Ireland.
