1doc Rewards is a form of rebate points used in the 1doc App. By making transactions in the 1doc App, you can earn 1doc Rewards. These 1doc Rewards can be used to offset from future transactions.

Earn 1doc Rewards by paying with your 1doc App in our clinics, or purchasing items from our in-app marketplace.

1doc Rewards earned from transactions made BEFORE July 3, 2023, will expire 12 months after you earn them, on the last day of that month.

1doc Rewards earned from transactions made ON or AFTER July 3, 2023, will expire 24 months after you earn them, on the last day of that month.

For example, 1doc Rewards earned in January 2022 will expire on 31 January 2023.

1doc Rewards earned in August 2023 will expire on 31 August 2025.

With your 1doc Rewards, you can:

• Offset up to $5 off each clinic transaction (At any of our participating clinics)

• Offset up to 10% off selected menu items at 1doc Bistro

• Offset up to $20 off Medical Devices in the 1doc Marketplace
