Get to Know Dr. Lam

Dr Lam Whai Khin is a family physician at 1doc Integrated Wellness Clinic (Novena). He graduated with his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 1993 and went on to earn a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) in 2000.

Dr Lam believes that lasting health is built in everyday life—not only during clinic visits. His approach extends beyond managing symptoms to helping individuals strengthen the inner purpose and motivation needed to sustain good health. He actively encourages patients to adopt a holistic approach to well-being through Healthy Eating and Active Living, supporting practical lifestyle shifts that can be maintained long-term.
