1doc's Health Coach programme is divided into three levels.

By completing each course, you will be able to progress from Health Associate to Health Coach.

Level 1: Health Associate Module (7 sessions)

Registration & Administration Fee: $30

Upon completion, you will be awarded with the title of Health Associate and you will be eligible to proceed to our Level 2 Course: Health Coordinator.

Course Information

  • Learn common acute & chronic conditions to take care of patients, family & your own health.

  • You will be awarded the Title of Health Associate if you pass with an average score of at least 60% across all assessments, upon 1st or 2nd attempt.

Level 2: Health Coordinator Module (Online & Clinic Practical Sessions)

3-month attachment in 1doc Clinic Settings

Course Information

  • You will be compensated as a part-time Clinic Assistant / Health Coordinator

  • Title of Assistant Health Coach will be awarded after doctor’s sign-off at the end of the program

Level 3: Health Coach Module (Online & Clinic Practical Sessions)

3 to 6 months attachment working in a 1doc Clinic 

Course Information

  • You will be reimbursed as an Assistant Health Coach

  • Title of Health Coach will be awarded after doctor’s sign-off at the end of the program

What happens next after being a Health Coach?

  • As a Health Coach, you will be eligible to receive higher reimbursement, which is subject to review

  • This promotion opens doors of opportunities for you to work full time with 1doc as a Team Leader to lead a group of Health Associates & Coordinators or you can choose to run an independent wellness & healthcare business under 1doc Medical Centre.

Dr Eugene Loke

M.B.B.S. (Family Med)

Dr Eugene Loke is the Medical Director for 1doc Medical Centre. Dr Loke graduated from the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 1996. He qualified as a Family Physician in 2012 and has been operating a small Family Medicine Group Practice since 2004. He is an adjunct Clinical Educator with teaching assignments for NUS Medical School's Phase 1, 2 and 3 students.

Dr Lam Wai Khin

M.B.B.S., MMed (Family Med)

Dr Lam Wai Khin is the Resident Doctor in 1doc Medical Centre and he is also head of 1doc Health Optimisation Program.

Dr Lam obtained his medical degree from National University of Singapore in 1993 and attained his Masters in Family Medicine in the year 2000. He believes that a person's health happens in the 99% of the time outside the doctor's office and advocates that people develop an inner purpose and motivation to get healthy and do it via Healthy Eating and Active Living.
